Another Spirit Beast !

My plan was to camp Skoll or the Time Lost Proto Drake while waiting for my OS raid. As soon as I entered Storm Peaks, my NPC Scan went off. I figured it was a pet..... then I saw a green triangle under a tree. I swooped down and hit tame beast- BEFORE I EVEN SAW SKOLL!!! He pounced on me and I backed up breaking the tame.

I hit "Tame Beast" again, he pounced again. I couldn't see my tame progress bar because of the darn NPC Scan icon so I just prayed no one else was under the trees with me.

The hearts went up, the yellow spiral swirled around and there he was, one very unhappy Spirit Beast.

I looked at him and said "Well, now what do I do with you?" He looked up at me with his mouth hanging open. "I should name you Ed" I thought to myself.

I then apologized to a guildmate who had been wanting Skoll for a very long time. She was in Felwood, she never would've made it to Storm Peaks in time.

I fed the Beast and flew around looking for the TLPD. Oh well. Drake wasn't around and I got a new pet.
